How fast can you get to me?
Typically around 30–60 minutes, but it's never a guarantee. It depends on where you are, how busy we are and availability on the day. We'll always give you a realistic time when you call, rather than a promise we can't keep.
Is it really 24 hours?
Emergency call-outs run 24 hours. Routine, non-urgent work is booked between 8am and 10pm, and we're closed for routine jobs on Saturdays. For a genuine emergency, call any time, day or night.
